De Zwartland Werf will upon completion offer a convenience precinct of 37 000㎡.
The buildings are designed in a fine grain of smaller units spread across the site to create a farm yard and community village ambiance. The building architecture will be integrated with a network of continuous pedestrian links, fragmented parking areas with trees for shade and the landscape access roads for direction & organisation. The main parking area will be in the shape of a central courtyard, “De Zwartland Werf”.
